北京市售婴幼儿食品中呋喃污染状况及相关暴露量的现况研究

摘要目的 应用顶空气相色谱质谱法,检测婴幼儿食品呋喃含量,计算相关的暴露量。方法 采用顶空GC-MS 方法检测北京市场上购买的4类婴幼儿食品,并应用检测结果计算相关的的呋喃的暴露量。结果 婴幼儿食品呋喃含量平均值,奶粉为17.44μg/kg,米粉为16.41μg/kg,泥状食品为25.73μg/kg,果汁未检出;摄入这些食品造成的平均暴露量为1.533~5.985μg/d,约合0.341~0.712μg/(kg bw∙d)。范围:最高为0.521~2.474μg/(kg bw∙day),最低为0.129~0.491μg/(kg bw∙d)。结论 北京市售婴幼儿食品中含有较高浓度的呋喃,在配方奶粉和辅食中均含有呋喃。推广母乳喂养,建立婴幼儿食品中呋喃的限量标准是降低呋喃暴露量的主要方法。

Abstract: Objective  A study of contaminative status and relative exposure estimation was performed to get the furan intake in the Beijing infant food.  Methods  4 separate items bought in the Beijing Market were analyzed and relative exposure was calculated. Results  The following are mean levels of furan of each items: infant formula milk powder 17.44μg/kg, infant formula rice powder 16.41μg/kg,commercial baby food in glass jars 25.73μg/kg,fruit juices undetectable, which leads exposure of different ages from 1.533 to 5.985μg/day, 0.341-0.712μg/(kg bw∙day). With highest concentration of each type of each stage, the exposure of different ages was 0.521-2.474μg/(kg bw∙day). Conclusion  The survey leads to the conclusion that infant food sold in Beijing was contaminated with high concentration of furan, which leads to high exposure of infant or baby.
