儿童维生素A与铁营养状况的相关性研究

摘要:目的  了解我国儿童维生素A(VA)的营养状况、VA缺乏率、VA边缘缺乏率,研究血浆VA与铁营养状况的相关性。 方法  由2002年“中国居民营养与健康状况调查”的大样本中随机抽取380名3~12岁儿童,检测血浆VA含量,同时测定血红蛋白(Hb)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、铁蛋白(SF)及转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)。了解儿童VA营养状况,计算VA缺乏率、VA边缘缺乏率,研究VA与铁营养状况评价指标的相关性。结果  受试儿童VA平均含量为(1.03±0.24)μmol/L,其中8.4%患VA缺乏,44.7%儿童VA边缘缺乏。血浆VA与Hb呈正相关(r=0.16986,P<0.01),与sTfR呈负相关(r=-0.12863,P<0.05),与TIBC、SF不相关。结论  铁缺乏伴随VA边缘缺乏在我国儿童中普遍存在,VA与铁营养状况存在相关性。

Study on the correlation of vitamin A and iron status in children

Abstract: Objects To study vitamin A status, the prevalence of VA deficiency and marginal VA deficiency and the correlation of VA and iron status of Chinese children. Methods 380 children were randomly chosen from “Survey on the Status of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese People” (CNHS) in 2002. The plasma vitamin A, hemoglobin(Hb), total iron-binding capacity(TIBC), ferritin(SF) and soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR) were detected. The prevalence of VA deficiency and marginal deficiency was assessed and the correlation of VA and iron indexes was studied. Results The VA concentration of subjects was (1.03±0.24)μmol/L. The prevalence of VA deficiency and VA marginal deficient was 8.4%, 44.7% respectively. Plasma VA was positively correlated with Hb(r=0.16986,P<0.01) and negatively correlated with sTfR(r=-0.12863,P<0.05) significantly but there was no association of SF and TIBC. Conclusion Iron deficiency coexisted VA marginal deficiency are still very prevalent in Chinese children, plasma VA are correlated with iron status.

MCFA对营养性肥胖大鼠体重及脂质代谢的作用

摘要:目的  研究中链脂肪酸(MCFA)对营养性肥胖大鼠体重、体脂、血脂水平的影响。方法  采用预防肥胖模型法,每天给予SD大鼠高脂营养饲料,并灌胃含不同剂量MCFA的食用油脂,饲养38天,观察体重、摄食量、体脂重量、血脂、胰岛素水平在不同剂量组动物间的差异。结果  高、中、低三个剂量组大鼠分别摄入0.975、0.325、0.163g/kg bw MCFA38天,高剂量组与模型对照组相比,体重明显较低[分别(295.2±29.7)g和(324.6±9.1)g](P<0.05),脂肪垫重量明显较轻[分别(5.30±1.57)g和(7.20±1.74)g](P<0.05),脂肪细胞明显较小;各剂量组总的摄食量不显著低于模型对照组;血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、胰岛素水平与模型对照组比较差异无显著性,中、高剂量组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于模型对照组[分别(0.71±0.11)mmol/L、(0.73±0.12)mmol/L、(0.60±0.06)mmol/L],P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠的瘦素水平显著低于模型对照组[分别(1.61±0.39)ng/ml和(2.04±0.46)ng/ml](P<0.05)。结论 在饲料摄入量没有差别的前提下,摄入0.975g/kg bw MCFA对营养性肥胖大鼠的体重增长有一定抑制作用,对血脂水平没有不良影响。

Effects of medium-chain fatty acid (MCFA) on weight gain and lipids metabolism in obese rats

Abstract: Objective  Some researchers considered medium chain fatty acids a group of potential agents in the prevention of obesity for their particular metabolism characters. Methods  In this study we investigated the effects of medium chain fatty acids on body weight gains, food intake, adipose depots and serum lipid profiles. Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed for 38 days with over-fat diets and oils containing MCFA at different level. Results  Significant decreases of body weight[(295.2±29.7)g vs. (324.6±9.1)g](P<0.05), the weight of adipose pads [(5.30±1.57)g vs (7.20±1.74)g](P<0.05), the level of Leptin in serum[(1.61±0.39)ng/ml vs (2.04±0.46)ng/ml] (P<0.05), the sizes of fat cells but increase of HDL-C [(0.73±0.12)mmol/L vs (0.60±0.06)mmol/L](P<0.05 )  were noted in the group fed MCFA at 0.975g/kg bw per day as compared with those of the group fed soybean oil. Conclusion  The results suggested the role of MCFA in prevention of obesity and there is no adverse effect on lipid metabolism if the proportion of MCFA to total fat scouce is mild.

共轭亚油酸异构体对人类癌细胞增殖的抑制作用研究

摘要目的  研究不同共轭亚油酸对人类胃癌细胞AGS、肝癌细胞Bel7402和肠癌细胞Lovo细胞增殖的影响。方法  采用体外培养的AGS、Bel7402和Lovo细胞为模型,测定不同处理后活细胞数量。结果  研究采用的五种共轭亚油酸异构体都对AGS、Bel7402和Lovo细胞增殖表现出了抑制作用,对AGS的抑制作用要普遍高于对Bel7402和Lovo的抑制作用,并且浓度不同,抑制作用也具有差异。结论  五种共轭亚油酸异构体都具有抑制癌细胞增殖的作用,并且这种作用受到共轭亚油酸浓度的影响。

Inhibition of conjugated linoleic acid on the proliferation of tumor cells

AbstractObjective  To study the effect of five conjugated linoleic acid isomers on the proliferation of human tumor cell AGS and Bel7402. Methods  AGS, Bel7402 and Lovo cells incubated in vitro were used as model. The cell visibility was investigated after treatment with CLA. Results  All the five isomers had inhibitory ability to AGS, Bel7402 and Lovo cell proliferation, and the effect on AGS was more effective than that on Bel7402 and Lovo. The inhibitory effect was dose-dependent. Conclusion  The five isomers of CLA exhibited proliferation inhibitory effect on the tumor cell of AGS and Bel7402.
